Yonex Poly Tour Rev is a shaped, silicone-infused co-polyester designed to grab and rotate the ball for heavy spin, with a more manageable feel than Poly Tour Spin. Its pentagonal profile and low-friction silicone infusion produce outstanding snapback and control in a muted, low-vibration package. It comes in bright red, purple, white and mint.

It is the spin string for players who want serious bite without the firmest, grabbiest feel — softer and more forgiving than Poly Tour Spin.

On-Court Performance

The five edges plus the silicone coating give an outstanding spin score in independent testing. The string snaps back fast on brushing contact, adding revolutions and sharp dip.

The feel is muted and low-vibration for a shaped poly — more comfortable than Poly Tour Spin, and slightly softer overall, which makes a full bed easier to tolerate.

Control is excellent alongside the spin. The trajectory is predictable once you adapt to the extra kick, and the string is not overly powered.

As a shaped poly it loses tension and edge grip over time, so it plays best in the first several hours. The silicone coating helps snapback stay consistent longer than an untreated shaped string.
