Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 27 countries of the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over €99. For orders below €99, a flat rate of €6.99 applies to every EU country. The price is shown at checkout.
Dispatch & Tracking
We dispatch orders from Luxembourg within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Every parcel is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are counted in working days once your order has been dispatched.
- 1–3 working days: Luxembourg
- 2–4 working days: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands
- 3–5 working days: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
- 4–6 working days: Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain
- 4–7 working days: Sweden
- 5–7 working days: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece
- 5–8 working days: Malta
- 6–10 working days: Cyprus
