YONEX POLY TOUR FIRE

Yonex Poly Tour Fire is a round co-polyester built around Yonex's Silicone Oil Infused Filament technology, which lowers stringbed friction so the strings snap back hard for spin. The feel is firm but nicely dampened, with surprisingly low shock on off-centre hits, and it blends spin, pace and net clearance well. It comes in red.

It is an all-court option — more lively and spin-friendly than the round Poly Tour Pro, but rounder and more forgiving than the shaped Spin.

On-Court Performance

The silicone-infused surface lets the strings slide and snap back on brushing contact, producing good spin from a round profile and helping the ball clear the net with margin.

The feel is crisp and connected but well dampened. Off-centre hits are muted rather than jarring, which makes it more comfortable than its stiffness suggests.
