WILSON NXT CONTROL

Wilson NXT Control blends the two string families in one build — polyester fibres for firmness and precision, nylon fibres for comfort, bonded in polyurethane. The result is a multifilament that plays lower and more controlled than the rest of the NXT line while staying kind to the arm.

It is the poly-fusion member of the NXT family — firmer and more precise than any other NXT, softer and more forgiving than a full co-polyester.

On-Court Performance

The stringbed is the most controlled in the NXT range — a lower launch, a more connected feel and better shot-to-shot predictability.

Comfort is still good; the polyurethane and nylon keep the polyester fibres from feeling harsh.

Tension maintenance is better than the softer NXTs thanks to the polyester content.

Power and spin are both moderate — this is a control-and-comfort compromise, not a specialist in either.
