TECNIFIBRE RAZOR SOFT

Tecnifibre Razor Soft builds on the Razor Code formula and adds a polyurethane additive designed to boost comfort and ball pocketing without giving up surgical control. Developed with Daniil Medvedev, it is still a firm poly, but a more forgiving and longer-lasting one. It is offered in the standard colour and in lime.

It sits between Razor Code and a comfort poly — Razor Code control with more pocketing and a friendlier feel.

On-Court Performance

At impact the string pockets the ball more than Razor Code, giving a softer, more connected feel while keeping a firm, low-powered response.

Control is excellent — reviewers rated it as good as or better than Razor Code — with a precise, linear trajectory that rewards a full swing.

Playability duration is a strength. It holds its response well past the point where many co-polys turn erratic, which is unusual for a monofilament.

Spin is solid from the round profile and snapback, though it is not a dedicated spin string like Razor Spin.
