Tecnifibre Ice Code is a control-focused round co-polyester with a stiff construction and Thermocore technology for durability. It gives a firm, predictable response with solid spin and long-lasting performance, at an accessible price. It is offered in a single colour.

It is Tecnifibre's dependable everyday control poly — firmer and more precise than Red Code, without the shaped bite of Black Code or 4S.

On-Court Performance

The stiff build gives players the confidence to execute their biggest strokes without the ball flying. Depth and pace come from your own racquet-head speed.

It does not have the sharp bite of Black Code or 4S, but its ability to snap back and accommodate explosive stroke speeds gives more than enough spin to bring the ball down hard.

Playability duration is outstanding — it earned top scores for holding its response, addressing the usual weakness of co-polys.

It is likely too underpowered for beginners or players with compact strokes, and the feel is firm rather than comfortable.

String at the low end of the range or pair with natural gut or a multifilament in the mains.

Control
Use a full bed toward the upper tension window.

Put a shaped poly (Black Code, 4S or Razor Spin) in the mains and Ice Code in the crosses.

Hybrid with a softer poly or multifilament in the crosses and avoid high tension.

Tension Stability
