Pro Kennex IQ Cyclone 200m Reel

PRO KENNEX IQ CYCLONE

Pro Kennex IQ Cyclone is a twisted IQ poly — the spiral profile grips the ball from any contact angle for spin while keeping a firm, control-oriented core. It comes in black.

It is the spiral-profile spin string in Pro Kennex's IQ range, an alternative route to bite from the hex-edged IQ Hexa.

On-Court Performance

The twisted profile produces consistent topspin grip and a dipping trajectory.

Control is solid; the firm core keeps the stringbed low once loaded with swing speed.

Power is low and comfort is limited — string it low and restring on a schedule.

Who Should Use It

• Topspin baseliners who want angle-independent spin grip

• Pro Kennex IQ owners wanting a spin string

• Advanced club players with fast swings

• Hybrid users wanting a textured poly main

• Kick-serve players

Who Should Not Use It

• Players with arm sensitivity

• Flat, all-court players who do not swing up steeply

• Players who need power and depth from the string

• Beginners

Hybrid Setups & Performance Adjustments

Power
String low, or pair with a multifilament in the mains, since it adds little depth.

Control
A full bed at mid tension is controlled — the spin brings the ball down.

Spin
Keep IQ Cyclone in the mains at mid-to-low tension for maximum grip.

Comfort
Firm — drop tension and cross with a soft multi.

Tension Stability
Slides faster than a round poly — restring on a schedule.

Durability
Use a thicker gauge to slow the profile wear.
