KIRSCHBAUM MAX POWER ROUGH

Kirschbaum Max Power Rough is the textured version of Max Power. The firm, durable co-polyester core is unchanged; a roughened surface is added so the string grips the ball more on brushing contact, adding spin to what is otherwise a control-and-durability poly.

It is Max Power with more bite — the same low-powered, long-lasting core plus a textured surface, for players who want spin without giving up durability.

On-Court Performance

The rough surface adds noticeable topspin grip over the smooth Max Power, with a slightly lower, more dipping trajectory.

Control and durability stay close to standard Max Power — this is still a firm, precise, long-lasting string.

Power remains low; it rewards fast, brushing swings and can feel dead for players who need help with depth.

The texture wears down over time, so the spin advantage fades before the string itself gives out — restring on feel.
