During our test, we were won over by the string's versatility and ball feel. The ball stays in the string for a long time and the feel is excellent. Lovers of a muffled feel when hitting the ball will be delighted.

Comfort is very good for a monofilament, and Lynx Touch can be a good intermediary between multi and mono.

The control/power ratio is well balanced and the different polymer densities play their part well depending on the violence of the strike.

The spin is average for a monofilament, and heavy lifters will prefer a Sonic Pro Edge structured to accentuate ball rotation.

For which players do we recommend Head Lynx Touch?

This string is best suited to flat-hitting or covered baseline players looking for more feel and comfort. It may also be suitable for young players looking for their first monofilament string.

However, we don't recommend this string for heavy hitters. Even if it is more resistant than a multifilament, its structure makes it a little less durable than a classic monofilament.
