HEAD Intellitour is a ready-made hybrid set pairing two multifilaments: a RIP Tour main (closely related to RIP Control) with a softer RIP Feel cross. The result is a comfort-oriented setup with good control and long dwell time — all the softness of a multifilament with a more stable, precise response than a single soft string. It comes as a 200 m hybrid reel: 108 m of RIP Tour for the mains and 92 m of RIP Feel for the crosses.

It is a comfort-and-control hybrid for players who want to stay away from polyester entirely but still want a stable, tournament-style stringbed.

On-Court Performance

Comfort and dwell time are the strengths. The ball sits in the stringbed and the feel is plush and connected, with low shock to the arm.

Control is good for an all-multifilament setup. The firmer RIP Tour main keeps the trajectory in check while the RIP Feel cross adds touch and softness.

Spin is modest — testers did not find it a spin machine — so this is a comfort-and-control string rather than a spin tool.

Power is on the higher side, as with most multifilaments, and durability is average; it suits touch and all-court players more than big hitters.
