Signum Pro Outbreak 200m Reel

SIGNUM PRO OUTBREAK

Signum Pro Outbreak is a 50/50 blend of polyester and co-polymer, engineered to pair monofilament durability with a softer, more comfortable feel. It leads with power and comfort, with spin as a secondary trait. It comes in black.

It is Signum Pro's comfort-oriented poly — softer and more powerful than the Plasma control strings, more durable than a soft co-poly.

On-Court Performance

The stringbed is comfortable and reasonably powerful for a poly, with an easier launch than the Plasma family.

Durability is good thanks to the polyester content, so it stays consistent longer than most soft polys.

Control is moderate and spin is limited by the round profile — this is a comfort string, not a weapon.

Who Should Use It

• Players who want a comfortable co-polyester that still lasts

• Intermediates stepping into poly from multifilament

• Club players with mild arm sensitivity

• Hybrid users wanting a soft, durable poly component

• Players who found the Plasma polys too harsh

Who Should Not Use It

• Advanced players who want firm, precise control

• Heavy topspin players who need bite

• Players with serious arm injuries who need a true soft string

• Beginners

Hybrid Setups & Performance Adjustments

Power
String toward the upper window if depth runs long, or cross with a control poly.

Control
Raise tension a kilo or two for a lower launch.

Spin
Pair with a shaped poly in the mains for bite; Outbreak brings comfort and depth.

Comfort
One of the softer polys in the range — drop 1–2 kg for the gentlest setup.

Tension Stability
Good for a soft poly — restring every 15–20 hours.

Durability
Strong for its softness; a thicker gauge extends it.
