It gives relentless, angle-independent spin grip with a slightly softer, more elastic feel than the sharper-edged Focus Hex. It comes in black.

It is MSV's spiral-profile spin string — a different route to bite than the fixed edges of Focus Hex, with a touch more forgiveness in the pocket.

On-Court Performance

The spiral edges produce consistent topspin grip from any contact angle, with a dipping trajectory and strong shot shape.

The feel is a little softer and more elastic than Focus Hex, so a full bed is slightly more arm-friendly.

Control is solid; the co-poly core keeps the stringbed low once loaded with swing speed.

As with any shaped poly, the profile wears and tension slides, so restrings come around sooner than with a round string.

Who Should Use It

Topspin baseliners who want reliable, angle-independent spin grip

Advanced players and juniors with fast swings

Players who found Focus Hex's fixed edges too harsh

Hybrid users wanting a textured poly main

Kick-serve and heavy-forehand players

Who Should Not Use It

Players with arm sensitivity

Flat, all-court players who do not swing up steeply

Players who need power and depth from the string

Players who dislike restringing often

Hybrid Setups & Performance Adjustments

Power
String low and pair with a multifilament or gut in the mains for real depth.

Control
A full bed at mid tension is very controlled — the spin brings the ball down.

Spin
Keep Hepta Twist in the mains at mid-to-low tension for maximum grip and snap-back.

Comfort
Softer than Focus Hex but still firm — drop tension and cross with a soft multi if needed.

Tension Stability
Slides faster than a round poly — restring on a schedule.

Durability
Use a thicker gauge to slow the profile wear.

Technical Specifications

Typology:
Monofilament

Shape:
Heptagonal spiral (7-sided, twisted)

Composition:
Co-polyester

Available Colours:
Black

Available Gauges:
1.15 / 1.20 / 1.25 / 1.30 mm
